We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly: When you submit a contact form, request our Free Clinic Growth Audit, or book a strategy call, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, clinic name, clinic type, and any message content.
• Scheduling information: When you book a call through our Calendly integration, Calendly collects scheduling details directly. Their use of that information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity) that automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and general usage patterns.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site and to support the analytics tools described above.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries, contact form submissions, and audit requests
• To deliver the Free Clinic Growth Audit and other requested resources

3. No Protected Health Information

The Site is a marketing website for our agency and is not intended to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Please do not submit patient health information through our contact forms. If you are a current or prospective client, any PHI shared as part of our marketing services to you is governed by a separate agreement between your clinic and Kelinik.

4. Third-Party Services

Contact and Lead Magnet form submissions are delivered directly by our own hosting provider's email infrastructure and are not routed through a third-party form processor. We do use trusted third-party services for other parts of the Site, including Calendly (scheduling), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (analytics), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). These providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form and audit request submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized upon request.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@kelinik.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
