These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.kelinik.com (the "Site"), operated by Kelinik. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only; any services provided by Kelinik to a client are governed by a separate signed service agreement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms, or using the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site reflect actual results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. Individual results vary based on market, competition, budget, and many other factors. Nothing on the Site, including references to search rankings or lead volume, constitutes a guarantee of specific results for any prospective client. Any performance commitments are set out exclusively in a signed service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Kelinik name and brand — is the property of Kelinik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
